We also offer day rates to our customers who pre-book within 48 hours, and the day rate includes a10% discount.

* If the dwelling has multiple consumer units/fuse boxes that require testing, they will be included at an additional cost. This will all be broken down in the scope of works and quotation, providing you with full transparency.

Commercial Rates

Commercial EICR’s are often more complex than your standard domestic EICR. This is due to the various different types of commercial installation. As a result commercial EICR’s will need to be surveyed by either images or in person. Here at Sol-Lux Electrical we tend to price per board with an additional circuit charge.

Commercial Rates

Commercial fire alarm systems are often more complex than your standard domestic installation. Since they are often protecting public spaces, the regulations are slightly different. As a result, commercial fire alarm systems will need to be surveyed by either images or in person. Here at Sol-Lux Electrical we tend to price per panel with an additional an charge per point.
